The Terpologist plays mixologist, infusing Mimosa’s sparkling citrus cocktail with white floral and orange blossoms of the fan-fave, Durban Poison. A hazy grapefruit base beckons the orange and floral notes to swirl around it, while fresh, green kaffir lime leaves elevate the zest-bright orange and tangerine nectar. A subtle hint of black pepper adds dimension and spice to the sweet, poppy fizz.
